You know me, I love to throw parties and make memories with my family! In just a few short weeks *sob* school will start. We will all be going our separate ways during the day. Judah and Tilly will be taking classes at the community college and Mordecai and Avi will be back at their elementary school. The rest of us will begin our home school days.
*sigh*
In order to have a little fun and squeeze just one more happy memory into our summer we decided to host a Back-to-School Quiz Show!
We happen to be huge fans of the movie Quiz Show, which tells the true story of the game show Twenty-One being rigged. I love that the movie shows the characters facing tough decisions…and failing only to face the dreadful consequences. Coming of age stories, anyone?
So, we modeled our Quiz Show after the movie. 
We had our contestants sit in a “sound-proof booth”….
Or sometimes lay on the sound proof booth…
Each contestant could choose a question with a point value between 1 and 11. The questions with higher point value were more difficult. We used some cute pre-cut cards to write out random questions. Enoch put on a suit and acted as our host.
The audience got to happily munch their way through a stack of TOMBSTONE Pizzas. While we make homemade pizza frequently, sometimes you need something a little faster and easier. 
We purchased our #FoodMadeSimple at Walmart.
In the end, we had a fabulous time, enjoyed some TOMBSTONE pizzas, and maybe even candy as prizes for questions answered correctly.
And because my kids are such goofballs (and we got such a kick out of watching old Geritol commercials) they decided to make their own TOMBSTONE commercials:
