Sorry, I couldn’t resist posting just one more.
Apollo was so serious during this shoot and didn’t crack a smile once. He was dead-serious about being Anakin Skywalker.
And in other news….as I was driving in the van today, Avi (7) said to me:
“Mom, if I had to choose between paying for Apollo to be in the hospital or paying to go to Great Wolf Lodge, I’d pay for him to be in the hospital”.
Not sure whether to laugh or cry over that statement, instead I simply thanked her for her generous spirit.
Thank God he seems in no need of a hospital at the moment, even with his current cough.
So sweet of Avi!! With six younger siblings, I love hearing thoughtful statements of young children!! 🙂
Just curious, have your kids seen the Star Wars movies? Do you do movie nights?
Yes, we watched Star Wars last fall when Ben and Aaron were visiting. However, my boys were enthralled with Star Wars long before that, just from what they saw in books, stores, etc. We do have movie nights, but nothing on a regular schedule.
