I can hardly believe it but it is nearly time for another GRADUATION.
Judah will be graduating from Central Washington University in June. Thanks to homeschooling and Running Start he will have his bachelor’s degree at the age of 19. He is majoring in Criminal Justice with the intent of working in Law Enforcement.
EEK.

We’re just a wee bit proud of him. He has some amazing opportunities ahead of him and I am so excited to see where life takes him.
But first, graduation.
It seems like just yesterday I was taking these photos:

Probably because it was only two years ago. Raising a large family brings a whole lot of challenges, joy, laundry and (as it turns out) graduations.
Adalia graduated in 2014.
And now Judah is graduating again in 2017.
Just in time for Enoch to graduate in 2018.
And Kalina in 2019.
{Who’s idea was this anyway???}
But graduation is kind of big deal (even if it happens every year in our house). I am so thankful I can take the kids’ senior photos and order my own announcements (I use Minted). This year we will be taking all the kids left at home on a grand adventure to see Judah graduate (what could possibly go wrong?). Road trip, anyone?
And just in case you have a child graduating every year from now until infinity here is my 2017 Graduation Gift Round-Up (for people who hate clutter and love minimalism).

I received an address book as a graduation gift and used it for the next fifteen years! Now that’s a gift that is worth giving. It was ideal for storing the addresses of relatives (since I no longer lived at home) and friends (since many, including myself, were moving away).

2. Custom Map Filled Photo Art
I love the idea of a custom map. You could either do you child’s hometown or the town where they attended school. What a fun, beautiful memory!

3. Custom License Plate Wall Art
This is fully customizable with your child’s school, names, dates, anything really. And while I included this in my graduation gift round-up I think it would also be really cool as a wedding or baby gift.

I love this collage. What a fun way to gather favorite photos all in one place and be able to enjoy them!
We bought Tilly a yellow Instax Camera for her graduation. And we bought Judah a black one for his birthday. And Jubilee a blue one for hers. Oh, and I own the Instax Mini 90. Yeah, we kind of like our Instax cameras over here.
So many fun ideas.
I am working on designing graduation announcements (I’ll be sure and share them where when I am finished) and need to get to work planning our trip to Central…
